What You’ll Do:
- Lead food preparation and ensure menus are executed to the highest standards.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while managing costs and streamlining operations.
- Support the unit manager in overseeing food production systems.
- Train, coach, and manage a diverse team, including students, union staff, and student managers.
What We’re Looking For:
- Associate’s degree (or higher) in food service or a related field.
- 2+ years of progressive management experience in food service.
- Experience in high-volume food operations is a plus.
- Certified Chef de Cuisine (ACF-CEC) designation or working toward completion.
- Current ServSafe Certification.
