We’re searching for an experienced Case Manager (QIDP) to join our caring team. Our focus is on delivering personalized support and fostering independence for our residents in a respectful and compassionate environment.

Available Shifts: Asking for Flexibility
- 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
- (Two weekends per month required)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human services, psychology, sociology, special education, or related field preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee residents’ program goals, needs, and community involvement.
- Provide high-quality care tailored to each resident.
- Design and implement programs that encourage independence and personal growth.
