Lead Bakery Operator Responsibilities:
- Manage, motivate and develop your team
- Ensure consistent execution of product, policies, and procedures
- P&L management
Lead Bakery Operator Qualifications:
- Previous high-volume restaurant or food retail concepts experience
- Multi-unit a plus.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
