Restaurant Manager Requirements:
- Previous Management Experience: 3+ Years required in high-volume dining.
- Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire and manage staff effectively.
- Excellent Communication: Both verbal and written skills.
- Problem Solving Abilities: Quick decision-making under pressure.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee Operations: Manage all front-of-house operations and staff.
- Staff Scheduling: Plan, adjust, and ensure proper coverage.
- Guest Service Excellence: Address complaints and enhance satisfaction.
- Staff Development: Hire, train, and ensure policy compliance.
- Coordinate with Kitchen: Ensure smooth service and menu development.
