Restaurant District Manager
We are a long-standing and growing company looking to expand quickly and are seeking a diligent District Manager with an ownership mentality for our new and existing restaurants.
Restaurant District Manager Requirements:
- Multi-unit management experience in QSR restaurants with a drive-through
- 3 + years of experience in a similar role
- Savvy in financials including planning, P&L's and cash flow
- Be versed in local labor law compliance
- Be a self-starter, have the ability to create and manage your teams
Restaurant District Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage new builds in tandem with VP of Operations and new store opening team
- Hire and train teams for stores in tandem with the Head of Training
- Make sound business decisions through the lens of the guests' best interest
- Report on and develop financial goals
- Work with VP of Operations to ensure success
