Key Responsibilities:
- Sharpen and maintain tool/die equipment regularly
- Measure and mark materials accurately for cutting and sharpening
- Install and repair production dies as needed to maintain operations
- Program and operate machines to ensure the correct size and speed settings
- Replace and grind worn tools to keep production running smoothly
- Ensure all machine specifications and processes meet production standards
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-2 years of experience working with dies, including sharpening and maintenance
- Proficiency in operating lathes, surface grinders, and milling machines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
