What You'll Do as a CNC Machinist:
- Work from blueprints and instructions to create new or replacement parts for repairs, prototypes, and experimental equipment.
- Machine large, complex, and high-precision parts in metal.
- Read, edit, and execute CNC programs with precision.
- Set up and operate manual and CNC lathes, mills, saws, cutting tools, and slotting tools to achieve exact tolerances.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement in quality and efficiency.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of metals and measurements in the machining process.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-4 years of experience running 3-axis, 4-axis, or 5-axis milling equipment and/or lathes.
- Proficiency in reading and editing CNC programs.
- Basic maintenance skills and the ability to work independently.
- A detail-oriented approach with a passion for quality and precision.
