Restaurant General Manager Role and What We Need:
- General Manager Experience: 3+ years in Fast Food/QSR; drive-thru experience is a huge plus (Coffee drive through works too).
- Communication Skills: You know how to connect with your team and customers.
- Leadership: Proven success in leading, coaching, and managing teams.
- Food Safety Knowledge: Current certifications are required to maintain our high standards.
