Our growing, premier hotel group seeks a General Manager for one of our luxury, boutique hotel properties. As the General Manager, you will be the driving force behind the property's day-to-day operations, guest satisfaction, and business performance, focused on delivering elevated guest experiences while maintaining high operational standards. MUST RELOCATE for this role.

Luxury Boutique Hotel General Manager Benefits:

Luxury Boutique Hotel General Manager Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • 8+ years experience managing an upscale – luxury hotel property (minimum of 200 rooms)
  • Ability to relocate
  • Oversee all hotel operations including food and beverage, front desk, housekeeping, and events
  • Lead, motivate, and further develop a team of hospitality professionals fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence
  • Ensure your property consistently provides a luxury, personalized experience for each guest
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, financial reports/P&L statements, and forecasting to ensure operational profitability
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Background in F&B operations and development
