Concrete Paving Superintendent Requirements:
- 8+ years of recent experience with major concrete highway projects and managing large-scale projects
- Must have a working knowledge of regional D.O.T and modern computer systems
- Must have excellent communication and project management skills
- Be well organized, a self-starter, and be able to work independently
- BA Degree or Equivalent related work experience in construction or paving
