We are seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager for a popular casual dining restaurant. Reporting to the General Manager, this role offers excellent potential for career growth in a supportive and dynamic environment. If you have a passion for hospitality and 3+ years of management experience, we want to hear from you!
Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
- Lead and motivate front-of-house staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Support hiring, training, and development of team members
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and cost controls to meet financial targets
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for smooth service delivery
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally
Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years of management experience in a casual dining environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage staff, scheduling, and inventory
- Experience with POS systems and financial reporting
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
