Exciting scratch, fast casual concept in the Houston Metro area is looking for a qualified General Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Any administrative responsibilities needed
- Be a BRAND AMBASSADOR. Uphold all standards
- Build strong hourly teams through hiring, training, and when needed – terminations
- Ability to develop your management team through ongoing training and annual performance reviews
- Control and management of food and labor costs to achieve targets
- Responsible to control the profitability of the restaurant
Requirements:
- 3 years or more GM experience managing sales in the 4 to 5 million range
- Track record of financial successes as a GM
- Open availability
- New restaurant opening experience is a BONUS
- Scratch kitchen experience is also a BONUS
