Looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team! We are a local growing, upscale-casual restaurant with a scratch menu, specializing in amazing food with a welcoming atmosphere. We're looking for a candidate who can communicate effectively and motivate their team while assuring superior guest service.

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

  • 2+ Years Experience in scratch kitchen upscale concept
  • Understanding of systems, methods, and processes
  • Must possess the ability to lead a fun and engaging environment and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to develop team
  • Strong passion for food and beverage
  • Self Driven – power and desire to keep learning & growing
  • Problem-Solving Skills

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Team member support
  • Conduct line checks
  • Prepare end-of-shift and day financials
  • Follow best practices. and guild lines to meet the standard
  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring great guest experiences
  • Ensure the environment in the restaurant supports culture and integrity
  • Must love people and be a part of a team
