Our client is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Workplace Solutions Manager to complement their team. The organization has experienced significant growth in the last few years and is looking for a dedicated individual who has superb business development skills paired with an eye for interior design. The most qualified candidates will have experience in property management, commercial real estate, or furniture dealers.
Workplace Solutions Manager Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual salary between $85-$100k plus uncapped commission opportunities

Workplace Solutions Manager Requirements:
- At least 3 years of business development experience with an existing portfolio of clients to call and build upon
- A passion for interior design
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Provide excellent customer service skills
- Technology fluent to utilize CRM and POS systems
Workplace Solutions Manager Responsibilities:
- Perform lead generation activities by cold calling, leveraging personal and professional contacts, and extending marketing efforts by collaborating with the Marketing team
- Meet and exceed projected revenue targets
- Collaborate with the design team to create packages for clients
- Collaborate with the project management and field teams to ensure seamless hand-offs at different phases of the project
- Stay abreast of current and emerging industry trends
