Upscale Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years as a Restaurant Manager
- Volume experience of $5M+
- Focus on creating a great culture
- Hospitality personality with positive mindset
- Detail-oriented leader
Upscale Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee Front of House operations
- Provide high-level customer service
- Recruitment and retention of a great service team
- Scheduling, forecasting, and managing labor
- Daily pre-shift meetings, ongoing training and development
