Seeking an experienced, polished Restaurant General Manager for a high-volume, upscale venue! Must have a passion for hospitality, strong financial acumen, and excellent leadership skills. Join a company with an amazing culture and growth opportunities!
Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Consistently exceed guest expectations – it’s our standard and how we operate.
- Lead by example: train, coach, and push the team to excel through ongoing development.
- Build strong, respectful relationships while ensuring accountability.
- Stay hands-on and engaged in every part of the business.
- Maintain top-tier service with a sharp eye for detail—training and development are key!
Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience managing high-end or fine dining establishments—stability in roles is essential.
- Exceptional leadership: approachable, mentoring mindset, setting the example, and maintaining top standards.
- Resilience and adaptability to excel in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Demonstrated success in surpassing goals, fostering relationships, and consistently delivering results—mindset and motivation are crucial.
- A deep love for hospitality and the ability to excel in busy, high-energy venues.
