Supply Chain Manager Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with demand and supply planning within electrical power distribution industry
- Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management or related field
- Demonstrated strong knowledge of supply chain principles, practices and technologies including procurement and supplier management, inventory management, demand planning and forecasting
- NetSuite or similar ERP system experience
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and Excel
- Lean manufacturing mindset with initiative to drive process improvements and establish metrics for performance review. Experience managing creation of SOPs for all Supply Chain processes
- Experience managing and mentoring supply chain team members
