Restaurant General Manager Requirements
• 5+ years of GM experience in upscale dining
• Thorough knowledge of safety and health standards
• Expertise in beverage programs, including wine, liquor, and beer
• Demonstrated success managing operations generating $10M+ in annual revenue

• A hands-on leadership approach
• Ability to coach and develop team members
