Restaurant Manager Compensation and Benefits:

Restaurant Manager Requirements:
- Experienced running high volume operations above $7 million
- Self driven leader with heavy focus on operational excellence
- Leads with integrity, exemplifying the company culture and core values
- Passion for developing and coaching others
- Excels in a fast pace environment
- Maintains focus on managing cost controls
- Willing to work shoulder to shoulder with ownership
