Manager of Outside Sales-Switchgear Benefits:

Manager of Outside Sales-Switchgear Qualifications:
- BA or BS with 10+ years of electrical power industry experience
- 3 years of experience leading diverse teams
- Strong expertise in switchboards, switchgear, electrical distribution equipment/electrical and mechanical principles, control wiring, and control schematics; experience with low to high voltage from <600V up to 69KV
- NetSuite experience a plus
- Willingness to travel out in the field
Manager of Outside Sales-Switchgear Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management including coaching, training, mentoring, and evaluating a team of inside sales reps to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Sales Strategy and Execution, including analysis of market trends, customer needs and competitor activities to identify new opportunities to drive sales growth, market share and revenue
- Design, implement and monitor KPIs to track effectiveness and identify areas of improvements and overall performance monitoring
- Support and implement sales process optimization
