Hotel General Manager Requirements
- Must have Food and Beverage experience with strong focus on beverage
- Some private event experience
- Ideal candidate must have 3+ years of experience in high volume restaurant setting
- Fast-paced environment requires someone who can think on their feet, maintain positive attitude and work environment for team members
- Must have experience with operating large staff
