Controller Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of financial reporting, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
  • Implement HR strategies that align with business goals, overseeing the recruitment process, onboarding, and employee development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, labor laws, and regulatory requirements, while managing financial and HR risks.
  • Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making, ensuring that financial and HR metrics support the overall strategic objectives of the organization.

Controller Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field;
  • Must have experience in commercial construction industry
  • Proven experience in financial management and human resources, with a strong understanding of both areas.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and HR practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in financial software and HRIS systems.
