We have an immediate opening for a Director of Finance. If you enjoy solving complex challenges and are passionate about real estate look no further! The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of accounting experience with at least 3 years of experience managing. You will have an opportunity for growth potential and be part of a great team! We offer a strong salary range of $120,000 to $150,000 and a great benefit program. RELOCATE TO BEAUTIFUL DENVER, COLORADO REQUIRED. Relocation package negotiable.
DIRECTOR OF FINANCE BENEFITS;

Director of Finance Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day accounting operations
- Supervise the activities of the Accounting Department to ensure timely financial reporting
- Oversee the processing of accounts payable and purchase orders
- Ensure accurate and consistent billings and reporting
- Manage all accounts receivable aging components
- Establish and maintain systems and controls to verify the integrity of all financial systems
- Assist with asset management including sales and refinances, property insurance, cash flow, property condition and rehab project
- Establish and maintain treasury management relationships with various banks
- Liaison with the Company’s CPA firm on tax return preparation and assist with the review of completed returns
- Provide assistance with any additional financial functions as required
DIRECTOR OF FINANCE QUALIFICATIONS:
● Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
● 5-7+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in property management and/or real estate
● 3-5+ years of experience leading/supervising a team of direct reports
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with strong Excel skills preferred and experience with financial modeling software and real estate databases considered a plus
● Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
