Established, successful fine-dining restaurant group seeks Restaurant Manager. The ideal candidate has a passion for best-in-class service and exceptional dining experiences, as well as a desire to take great care of your team. Restaurant Manager Qualifications & Responsibilities
- 2+ years restaurant leadership experience, and desire to develop and grow in your career
- Integrity and professionalism
- Focus on hospitality and guest experience
- Ensure consistency and quality in food presentation and timing
- Willingness to "do what it takes" and be hands-on throughout shifts to assist any in any area of the restaurant
- Proven history of success in meeting goals
- Train, lead, and motivate staff with integrity and compassion, as well as set expectations and ensure accountability
- Must have valid driver's license
