Restaurant Manager Qualifications & Responsibilities

  • 2+ years restaurant leadership experience, and desire to develop and grow in your career
  • Integrity and professionalism
  • Focus on hospitality and guest experience
  • Ensure consistency and quality in food presentation and timing
  • Willingness to "do what it takes" and be hands-on throughout shifts to assist any in any area of the restaurant
  • Proven history of success in meeting goals
  • Train, lead, and motivate staff with integrity and compassion, as well as set expectations and ensure accountability
  • Must have valid driver's license
