We are looking for a passionate, hard-working, enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to join our team! Our goal is to deliver great guest experiences, build great relationships, and offer a chance to grow with us.

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities Include:

  • Coaching and developing the team
  • Must promote a Hospitality focused culture
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • Thinking on your feet during a very fast-paced service while staying positive!
  • Motivating the team through thick and thin

Restaurant Manager Qualifications Include:

  • 2 plus years of experience in a like role
  • Full-Service high volume, bar-centric experience required
  • Knowledge of budget management and financials
  • Hospitality gene and Servant Leader mentality
