Are you a finance professional with a passion for the restaurant industry? We are seeking a Restaurant Controller to join our team and oversee financial operations. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of a dynamic restaurant group while utilizing your accounting expertise.

Controller Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to optimize financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
  • Collaborate with management to identify financial trends and provide strategic guidance.

Controller Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Controller or in a senior accounting role within the restaurant industry.
  • Proficiency in Restaurant 365 accounting software is required.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial data in a clear and concise manner.
