We are looking for an Operations Director to assist with our growth and setting up structure within our expanding company!

Operations Director Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all locations under guide of the owner, including long-term goals and business objectives
  • Improve efficiencies in the company's operations, including implementing policies and procedures
  • Mentor and develop team members, including training procedures
  • Responsible for financials, including reviewing P&L's with managers and ownership
  • Ability to problem-solve situations with effective solutions

Operations Director Requirements:

  • At least 3 yrs of experience in a Director role
  • MUST have knowledge/experience of Asian cuisines and concepts
  • Strong leadership skills including training, mentoring
  • Strong corporate background, ability to set up structure
