Restaurant General Manager Requirements & Responsibilities

  • General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience operating concepts with breakfast, lunch, and late-night business.
  • Coaches and role models to move the business forward. Has a high personal standard and sets clear expectations.
  • Passionate about the business.
  • Self-starter, drives for great results and wants to make things better.
  • People oriented leadership
