We are an upscale resort in rural Washington State looking for a Controller to help support our growing operation. If you have experience as a Controller in a hospitality setting, we would love to speak with you.

Controller Qualifications/Responsibilities:

• At least 7 years of experience in an accounting management or leadership role
• Hospitality accounting experience is required (hotel or restaurant preferred)
• Full responsibility for the accounting team and its activities
• Excellent attention to detail, master of accounting software and Excel
• Ability to coordinate and lead budget writing and forecasting
• Coordinate audit activities, conduct financial analysis, manage cash flow and adhere to GAAP guidelines
