We are looking for an energetic and professional Restaurant General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead the hiring and training of staff, and maintain high standards of service and food quality.

Restaurant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume, upscale environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Commitment to delivering outstanding guest service and creating memorable experiences
- Proficient in technology platforms such as POS systems, reservations, inventory management, and employee scheduling software
- Strong experience in staff development, including training, coaching, and leading teams to success
