Sous Chef – Iconic NYC Restaurant
We are seeking talented Sous Chefs to join the team at a renowned NYC restaurant known for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Sous Chef Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef in full-service, high-volume restaurants.
- Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High-Level Guest Experience: Ensure every guest has an exceptional dining experience at a high-volume level.
- Kitchen Oversight: Manage prep and production, and lead service execution.
- Cost Management: Accountable for labor and food costs, ensuring efficient operations.
- Team Development: Train and develop the back-of-house (BOH) team, fostering growth and success.
