We are seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager to join our expanding team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and management.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns promptly.
  • Manage inventory, control food costs, and monitor labor expenses.
  • Analyze financial performance and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Maintain strict food safety, cleanliness, and health standards.
  • Drive marketing efforts to increase sales and revenue.
  • Oversee cash handling and ensure accurate bank deposits.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
  • Flexible availability to meet operational needs.
  • Strong leadership skills and a passion for team development.
  • Expertise in cost control and financial management.
