We are seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager to join our expanding team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and management.
- Recruit, train, and lead a team to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns promptly.
- Manage inventory, control food costs, and monitor labor expenses.
- Analyze financial performance and implement strategies for improvement.
- Maintain strict food safety, cleanliness, and health standards.
- Drive marketing efforts to increase sales and revenue.
- Oversee cash handling and ensure accurate bank deposits.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
- Flexible availability to meet operational needs.
- Strong leadership skills and a passion for team development.
- Expertise in cost control and financial management.
