Our client, a successful specialized insurance agency is looking to add an Employee Benefits Customer Service Manager to its growing organization.

EMPLOYEE BENEFITS CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise the work of the customer service team
  • Provide team with guidance in handling difficult or complex problems
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of subjects and topics necessary to provide expert customer service (COBRA, Section 125, HSA, HRA, ACA, etc.)
  • Develop and coordinate renewal and compliance procedures for the team
  • Prepare reports, manuals, correspondence, or other requests from management
  • Develop training and development programs for customer service team

EMPLOYEE BENEFITS CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Active CA life, health, and accident license
  • 7+ years of employee benefits customer service experience
  • Prior management experience
