Feeling unappreciated where you are and longing for a group that is continually trying to motivate and reward the team even in this challenging environment?
Here you go. This is a family-run group with about 20 locations and continually adding to the pot with incentives such as additional pay, bonus kickers and even closing on certain days so the whole team can take a breath during this challenging period.
No late nights, no breakfast, and cool people to work with!
The ideal candidate will have a passion for building and keeping guests, motivating employees, and a drive for achieving results. You must have at least 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fast-food concept.
A motivated, self-starter who is flexible and willing to do whatever it takes will be a great success within our group.
This group takes pride in providing a great culture and taking care of the managers
General Manager Requirements:
- Have 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Possess a people-first mentality
- Be a hands-on leader
- Be passionate about training and developing your team
- Take great care of people, products, and the property
- Strong drive through experience and results
General Manager Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive Salaries for the market — $46-50K in total first-year compensation.
