Upscale Restaurant Manager Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an Upscale Restaurant Manager
- Proven ability to lead effectively and delegate responsibilities
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Hands-on management of a large team in a high-volume setting
- Coordinate daily operations across both front and back of house
- Demonstrate strong leadership, motivation, and people skills
- Maintain guest relationships and ensure presence during service hours
- Lead team development through coaching, training, and continuous improvement initiatives
