Multi Unit Facilities Manager Qualifications:

• Proven experience in restaurant facilities management, preferred multi unit experience
• Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience working on kitchen equipment
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and maintenance best practices
• Ability to analyze budgets and manage expenses effectively
• Experience with contractor bids, and the bidding process
• Previous experience with renovations
• Familiar with quarterly inspections and routine preventative maintenance programs
