California law group seeks dynamic, experienced associates with employment law. Work remotely and be part of an innovative legal team! You will work closely with their attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to provide exceptional legal services to their clients.

Employment Attorney Qualifications: 

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
  • Admitted to practice law in the State of California and in good standing with the Bar
  • 4–7 years of employment law experience required

Employment Law Attorney Responsibilities: 

  • Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and other legal proceedings
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to identify legal issues and develop strategies
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
  • Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and prepare cases for trial
  • Attend hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings as necessary
  • Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to provide exceptional legal services to our clients
