General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead/Coach and Develop your team
  • Always focused on guest satisfaction
  • Out-of-the-box thinker who knows how to build sales
  • P&L oversight

General Manager Qualifications:

  • 3+ years minimum experience in restaurant management
  • Exposure to at least $3 Million in sales
  • Good career tenure
  • Knowledge of budget management and financials
