Our client seeks a Director of Marketing to determine and oversee the strategic brand marketing and public relations for a top restaurant group with both national and international locations. Candidates need a background in fine dining.
Restaurant Marketing Director Qualifications:
- Analyze and clarify the strengths and weaknesses of the restaurant brand
- Build a comprehensive marketing plan and budget
- Assign goals and responsibilities for each team member
- Identify and understand customer metrics and segmentation (age, geography, first time or repeat, party size, etc.)
Restaurant Marketing Director Responsibilities and Benefits:
- Maintain good communication with marketing and restaurant teams
- Build and continue positive relations with partner restaurants and partner PR agencies
- Meet with CEO weekly
- Work with consultants and operations to improve social media ratings
- Ideation, creation and scheduling of activity calendar
- Plan and oversee development of content/news which can be used in all marketing channels and tactical avenues
- Improve search engine optimization
