Restaurant General Manager Requirements:
- General management experience in a full-service restaurant (3+ years)
- Great personality with high energy and positive attitude – we get busy and we like to have fun
- Strong attention to detail and a hands-on management style
- Focus on supporting the team to create outstanding guest experiences
- Night and weekend availability – flexible schedule
