Are you an organized, proactive leader ready to take on a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of a dynamic law firm? We’re seeking an Operations Manager to oversee facilities, reception, file management, and more. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring smooth office operations, coordinating firm events, and working closely with attorneys and firm leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise facilities, reception, and administrative staff.
  • Manage office space allocation and file organization.
  • Coordinate building maintenance, repairs, and office moves.
  • Negotiate and oversee vendor contracts and service agreements.
  • Plan and execute firm events and manage hospitality needs.
  • Administer parking programs and support the firm’s Safety Committee.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for office operations and capital expenses.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in operations management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
