As Executive Chef, your primary responsibility will be to lead and inspire your team to create exceptional guest experiences. You will play a key role in building a motivated, cohesive kitchen staff founded on respect, communication, and a shared passion for excellence. In collaboration with the management team, you will also be tasked with managing costs while maintaining and surpassing food quality, sanitation, and brand standards.

We’re looking for someone with prior management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant and a dynamic, high-energy personality that fits our fast-paced environment. A strong attention to detail and a hands-on leadership style are essential, as is the ability to create a positive, team-focused environment that ensures guests leave delighted every time. Flexibility to work nights and weekends is a must, as is experience managing both people and costs effectively.
