Restaurant Manager Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Charisma, Energy, communications and interpersonal skills
  • 2+years experience in a full service restaurant manager role
  • Great tenure and progress at previous roles as a restaurant manager
  • Bar and Beverage knowledge and experience
  • Experience in team building, training and development
  • Restaurant Manager candidates must believe in culture-people first!
