Restaurant Manager Qualifications and Requirements:
- Charisma, Energy, communications and interpersonal skills
- 2+years experience in a full service restaurant manager role
- Great tenure and progress at previous roles as a restaurant manager
- Bar and Beverage knowledge and experience
- Experience in team building, training and development
- Restaurant Manager candidates must believe in culture-people first!
