Are you a creative and experienced Executive Chef ready to take on the next challenge? Join us as a Corporate Executive Chef to lead multiple kitchens and elevate our menus across locations. If you’re driven by culinary innovation and team development, this is your role!

Corporate Executive Chef Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute seasonal menus across locations, maintaining consistency and quality.
  • Oversee BOH operations, control inventory, and ensure food cost efficiency.
  • Hire, train, and mentor chefs and staff, promoting teamwork and excellence.
  • Conduct BOH audits, ensure proper food safety, and enforce company standards.

Corporate Executive Chef Requirements:

  • 5+ years as an Executive Chef in a high-volume, multi-location restaurant and/or hotel environment.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing BOH teams.
  • Strong experience in inventory management, food cost control, and BOH systems.
  • Ability to craft menus with fresh, seasonal ingredients while maintaining consistency and meeting dietary restrictions.
  • Strong decision-making skills in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across all levels, from BOH staff to corporate management.
