Compliance and Quality Assurance Manager Responsibilities and Qualifications::
- Designs food safety, QA, compliance, HAACP, SQF and other programs
- Lead and motivate a team of production staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Design and execute training programs on quality, safety and compliance
- Identify and investigate product and/or process failures and take corrective actions
- 3+ years of experience in meat processing QA & compliance management
- In-depth knowledge of meat processing regulations, safety standards, and quality control
- Fluent in Spanish and English is a must
