Sales Manager Duties:

  • Screen and evaluate incoming leads
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients
  • Oversee and mentor the sales team
  • Spot new avenues for company growth and market expansion

Sales Manager Benefits:

  • 4-day workweek, Monday–Thursday
  • Base salary of $52k
  • Potential to earn up to $150k, including bonuses
  • Flexible paid time off
  • Hybrid role – 80% in-office, 20% in the field
  • 1099 Position – no additional benefits provided
