Our client seeks a detail-oriented Event Specialist to plan and manage corporate meetings and events. The role involves overseeing logistics such as rooming lists, catering, and transportation in collaboration with hotels. Travel is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to define event goals and manage logistics.
  • Coordinate with hotels for room blocks, rates, and catering.
  • Organize transportation and other event services.
  • Act as POC during events, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Collect post-event feedback and prepare reports.
  • Travel 30%-40%

Qualifications:

  • Event planning experience.
  • Strong skills in hotel logistics, catering, and transportation management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with event management software; CMP certification is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $60K-$70K
  • 401(k), health insurance, PTO
  • Hybrid work schedule, up to 40% travel
