Our client is seeking an Accountant in their hospitality-based organization. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with a team, we would love to hear from you!
Accountant Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual salary between $65k-$75k
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- Paid Time Off (PTO) program
- 401(k)
Accountant Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or a closely related discipline
- At least three years of experience
- Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees at all levels of an organization
Accountant Responsibilities:
- Reconcile monthly bank statements and make adjustments as necessary
- Manage fixed assets and depreciation schedules
- Prepare financial statements and other required reporting and make month-end adjustments
- Strong acumen around all GAAP principles and accounting-related functions such as A/P, A/R, GL, and payroll processing
- Ability to recognize when process improvements are needed, make recommendations, and support those change initiatives
