One of the area's fastest-growing Restaurant Groups is seeking a qualified, professional Chef for an immediate opening.
This position is available for one of the top restaurant groups in the area. We are seeking professionals who want to move forward in their careers. This is an AMAZING opportunity to join a growing company.
Executive Chef Responsibilities:
- Detailed, organized, focused, and MUST want to be involved in the creative process!
- Management of hourly staff in maintaining high kitchen standards
- Selection, hiring, and management of new employees
- Ability to maintain budget goals and train staff on best practices
- Demands the best at all times and creates a culture of dedicated teamwork of the highest standards
Executive Chef Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of running Upscale Casual concepts
- Experience with $5 million in annual revenue
- Steady Tenure
- Excellent Communicator, Strong Attention to Detail, Business Mindset
- Good Knowledge of Ingredients, Flavors, and Technique
