What You'll Do:

  • Lead the development of accurate and detailed estimates for DOT, municipal, and commercial projects.
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to achieve project goals.
  • Utilize industry-standard software, including INDOT specifications, Microsoft Office, and Project.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in estimating and managing civil concrete projects
  • Proficiency in INDOT specifications and KYTC Specifications (preferred)
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project)
  • Experience with digitizing takeoff software
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
