What You'll Do:
- Lead the development of accurate and detailed estimates for DOT, municipal, and commercial projects.
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to achieve project goals.
- Utilize industry-standard software, including INDOT specifications, Microsoft Office, and Project.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
What You'll Need:
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in estimating and managing civil concrete projects
- Proficiency in INDOT specifications and KYTC Specifications (preferred)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project)
- Experience with digitizing takeoff software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
